1) Mine owner submits a package to us with the following:

CIS

Color Passport

Geologicals

Assay Report

Appraisal

Geneology of Ownership

Corporate Resolution

2) Mine Owner Signs a JV with the Humanitarian Foundation

3) Humanitarian Foundation issues tax credits to Mine Owner for full appraised value

4) Treasury Department purchases the tax credits back from the Mine Owner for full value

5) Humanitarian receives 50% and Mine Owner receives 50% un restricted

6) Government puts the mine into production and the Mine Owner receives 50% of the profits from the mine operation.
